


At Matter of Doody, we are committed to providing exceptional service. We are insured and attention-detailed. We will ensure that your dog's doody is removed in the most sanitary way possible by sanitizing our equipment after each and every yard.

We offer weekly, biweekly and monthly scoops in addition to as-needed services. Message or call to set up repeat service or just when you need us prior to special events such as parties, backyard picnics or just because it's our normal Iowa weather and you just don't want to do it!

We have been in business just over 1 year. Dogs are pretty much our life and we love everything about them....even their poo! If you hire us to scoop, we have a good chance of meeting YOUR doggos and that is the BEST part!

We make things easy by using online invoicing sent via link to your email once a month. It's completely faceless/contactless! Just click and pay! Even easier, set up auto-pay! *Accounts that become 60 days past due will be placed on hold until paid in full*

We use sanitary methods to ensure your yard is free of dog waste, (which is actually considered a biohazard!) We thoroughly clean our tools after each job to prevent cross-contamination. Your pups can run and play in a safe, clean space thanks to our professional method of waste removal.

Dog doody (pet waste) Is actually considered a biohazard! It can contaminate our ground water and infest our soil with contaminants
We will notify you prior to our service call. Dogs MUST be secured in the home as we arrive so we can get into the yard safely. If we have had a proper introduction with your pups and it is deemed safe to do so, we love doggie assistants! Let us know if they can be "paid" in treats as they "help"! We will scoop and bag the poo and leave in your garbage can (or where you direct us). An extra add-on removal service is in the works for Spring 2026! More to come!
Not at all! Prior to the first service, we will have a conversation with you about where to enter your yard, you can share any gate or garage door codes and confirm where you would like the bag of doody placed when we are done. We will ALWAYS message you day of to let you know our estimated ETA so that you know when we will be in your yard. No surprise visits! For recurring scoops, you can anticipate our time in your yard to be 10-30 minutes.
We will do our very best to get your yard serviced the week it is due. In the event of "Iowa weather", we will arrange a service date as soon as possible to the original date. You will not be charged for the missed service if poo removal cannot be completed in the original scheduled week
Absolutely! Message us with your change of frequency request and it is easy as that!
This is the best part (other than a clean yard!) We use Square Business to collect payments electronically. After you start up service, you will receive a link every month. Just click the link and pay! Want it even easier? Set up auto-pay! Monthly invoice amount will vary based on the number of weeks/scoops completed the previous month.
We are excited to say we are working on getting this added sometime this spring! Customers will be able to choose this service as an extra add-on option! More to come soon! For now, your doody bags are securely tied and placed in your garbage can.
YES! Please make sure we have had a proper introduction first so that the pup (and Cyndie) are both safe and happy. Doggos should be secured inside upon MOD arrival just to ensure no unwanted escapes! That is honestly the best part of this line of work, seeing all the pups! We understand that sometimes things change. We won't make it hard on you....PROMISE! As long as your invoice is paid in full to the current service date, you are good to cancel. We hope you would return to us when the time is right again!
